Size On Results

I'm am thinking about using Size On for my next bulk. My question is, How much weight did you gain while on Size On, and how much of that weight was lean mass?

I used one tub everday, so it lasted 30 days. Now I'm on my second tub, using it only on my workout days.

I believe I gained roughly 10 lbs in 5-6 weeks or so and was using FD/FS workout which is amazing for short term mass gains.

I would say that alot of it was lean mass as my bodyfat didn't really go up.

And my strength gains were amazing. Had personal records every workout.

I definitely reccomend SizeOn. Its amazing.

main interest...and the reason that I will go back to Sizeon after GreenMAG is because of the energy.
I try to steer away from the pre-workout nitric oxide products after realizing that I feel much better using energy from complex carbs. just a preference.
The Outlast in it gave me great energy and pumps were at an all time high

Now I rep my max in bench and squat
Its the product that pushed me over the hump and into the envied 1000 lb club.

Taste...Lemon was so/so... loved it for the first week and a half... for the rest of the tub, it was something that wasnt horrible but I wouldnt WANT to just drink on my free time ( I have other hobbies )

Mix more water in it than recommended. It dilutes it and makes it not so sour and easier to come to after a hard 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 bench set....

its my favorite supp. i cant tell you what i gained cuz i dont really keep count. i know it keeps my muscles nice and full and it helps me during my workouts. i only use it on lifting day's. wild berry is my favorite flavor.

I have the lemon ice flavour and really like it. I also mix it with lemon xtend which I find makes an awesome intra-workout combo. Effectiveness and taste wise.

I have been using it for 5 weeks now and immediately gained 5 pounds in about the first 10 days or so. Started to drop some of the initial water weight and at the 5 week mark i have put on 7 pounds of lean mass. (i am around 9% so it was a big gain for me)

If you are looking for a PWO i would recomend taking SP250 with it, ive had great results and have to give some credit to those gain to this supp also.

currently using it, seems pretty good IMO. I just started a cycle of M-drol this week too (started the size on last week). Anyone else use size on while on cycle? Figured it couldn't hurt, especially since I'm in a mass building phase.

yo bro i just finished up a tub of lemon ice size on, i have gained approx. 6-8 lbs of lean mass in just under a month, and this has been the only creatine supplement that has helped me to gain both SIZE and strength with virtually no bloating. Although i did stack it with m-stak which i liked alot. I had PR's every workout for the past 3 weeks, and the flavor is pretty darn good. I have tried both lemon ice and wild berry and would recommend the lemon. When i get another tub of it, i will probably get a bulk monohydrate for off days since this **** is so expensive, but i think its def. worth it.

I am just about to finish my 2nd tub, started using SizeOn at the start of january, had been on plain monohydrate for months. During that time I gained 8lbs, and I look leaner. My strength prgressed as normal, but in-between set recovery was definantly improved( also stacked with Beta Alanine, which I would recommend)

Can't go wrong with SizeOn bro. Stack it with either Purple Wraath or Xtend and you are golden.

Since I've first used SizeOn, I've gained about 7 lbs in 1.5 months. You won't regret it, but just make sure you sip it during your workout.

Sorry man not to disapoint you but comparing those two photos you can't tell a diff. You should have posted two of the same type poses. In the first photo you can't even see your tri's.

Not being sarcastic just honest. I'm sure you did get some good gains off of the size on. But from those photos you can't see it.

just started using sizeON wildberry about a week and a half ago... and i've tried MRI CE2, CEX, Anavol, Plain old Monohydrate and i have never had the pumps or the strength increase that i got from sizeON.... I'm kinda pissed i didn't start using it sooner.

only way to take it is intra workout. Sip it whenever you feel like it.
