5x5 Stalling on Military Press
Hey folks,
Been weightraining on and off for a few years and had great sucess with Ripptoes so I thought I'd try Madcow's 5x5. I am encountering a problem on my 5th week following the Excel spreadsheet provided on the website. I am on the 5th week and have already had to reset my mil. press back a week and am failing again, my questions are these:
1) Is it that I Am not eating enough calories with the following formula: (weightx15) +500?
2) Am I ramping too fast (I'm currently able to Mil. Press 111 with proper form)?
3) Does the Excel on Madcow's site represent Incline press or Mil Press as Mil Press is much more difficult it seems with users on this board.
