Been "working out" for about 2 years now, but I was never really serious about it. At like crap, skipped days all the time, etc. I've been seriously working out for the past 2 months now, eating healthy, exercising, and lifting. The past 2 months I've gained 8 lbs and I'm bigger now then ever, which is sad because I only weight 168 lbs. Just thought I might share my progress a little. Oh and I know I need to bulk, so don't waste space ;p.
