I suppose I'll be the first one to say it.....you need some real lower body work on that workout. By that I mean squats and deadlifts.
As to full body workouts vs splits, the opinion is pretty evenly divided. I don't have the links but there was a pretty good debate about this on T nation between CT and another couple of big name trainers. Anyone know which one I'm talking about?

as long as you have the right balance of volume and frequency, a fullbody workout can be successful at any level IMO. here's the one i ran for 3 months and made incredible gains on this winter.
workout A- monday 3x5 (60/80/100% OF 5RM)
squats
bench press
chinups
seated press
barbell curls
close grip press
calf raises
workout B- wednesday 3x5 (same as workout A)
deadlift
incline press
barbell rows
upright rows
db curls
lying extensions
seated raises
workout C- friday (same as monday)
put nearly 50lbs on bench and squats and over 30lbs on deads.
did it for 3 months before returning to a BP split.Jason Gold, B.S., C.P.T.

you will fail to build a large chest and arms if you ignore your legs
you will fail to build anything if you overtrain
you can't have huge guns and chest on chicken legs
abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym

Who ever said I didnt work my legs out....
I do weight training on my legs and try to run ATLEAST 2 miles a day...
I dont see how you can fail to build anything if you over train...
And Abs are not just part of the kitchen, i agree is plays a major role
but of course you have to work out your abs to build them...
All im saying is I plan on doing a full body workout intill I reach a certin
point, then I feel I should split it up... Spliting just seems like it will take too
long... Or should I just start spliting now ?

As a beginner you need to focus on the big compund lifts; squat, deadlift, flat bench, standing press, and power clean. Notice that 4/5 of those are leg intensive.
Here's all the advice you need on hardcore weight training:

Where are your leg exercises? Running does not count as leg exercises
Do more compound lifts and cut down on your frequency. If you want to do whole body try 3 times a week instead of 5. You need probably 36-48hrs rest between workouts. You will hit a wall really fast with the workout you are doing. It may work well for a little while but as soon as you start using weights that really tax your body you will build up so much fatigue your body will start crying for a break.

Ok buddy, its horrible, if your doing this 5 times a week, thats just not smart. First of all if your doing a full body workout, cut back down to three days a week and push it every time you work out. Your probably made your workout wayy less intense than it should be because I believe you shouldn't be able to do five of them a week if yur maxing it outz.
Try putting more weight, more reps on if its too easy and cut back to three, four workouts a week at most. I used to do full body workouts too but 4 times a week and wayy more intense than your workout that you posted. However, i've now changed to working different parts of my body and working out lik 5-6 times a week. found it worked better for me lolz

I wasnt flapping my gums, i was just agreeing with the guy that said you should look up better full body programs
And yeah...it is horrible if you only focus on chest, arms and abs
But everyone has horrible routines when they just start out, hell, before i got my weight set i would do 5x10 pushups, superset it with 5x20 crunches and 3x10 dumbbell curls
Then i bought a bench and some weights and got serious about it, read up on the internet on how to train, i learned moves like squats, bb row, i already knew about bench from before since thats all everyone talks about, i learned about incline bench, i learned about sldl etc

You shouldnt work the same muscle daily. Fullbody lifts are to be done with atleast a day of rest(3 days a week). ANd do some squats, they produce GH more than any other lift. Dont just concentrate on chest and abs, fullbody means fullbody. Dont ask for advice and then get pissed when you get some.....nobody was "flapping their gums", they were helping you.....
