I Return..
Hi all,
Most probably wont remmber me. Been away to concentrate on things.
More free time now so should see more of me..
For those who dont know me.. im Adam from the UK.
I started off at 20 stone..Im now 14.13 stone and leaning up with some decent muscle.
My current diet is
7:00 50g oats 2 scoops whey mixed in
10:30 Hanfull of almond nuts,1 scoop whey,green apple
1:00 150g wholegrain rice,green veg and can of tuna
4:00 same as above
4:30 No Xplode
5:00 train
6;30/7:00 2 scoop CNP pro recovery 10g glutimine 1 scoop whey
7:30 tuna/chicken with green veg
10:30 1 scoop whey
11:00 sleep.
I train 5 times a week..weights then 30-40mins cardio after.
I do have some photo's on mybodyspace with some new ones comming up end of this month.
