    The stuff is bomb. There are also ZERO sodium versions if you're cutting salt as well as sesame seed and cinnamon raisin. Good stuff all around and it's SPROUTED grains! You can't beat that.

    More importantly than whole grain and corn syrup and all that nonsense..

    EZEKIEL bread has an incredibly low GI. their regular 4:9 bread is 36 damnit! Fantastic. They have it right on the label and that sold me.

    I dont know of any other bread that low GI unless it's got amylase inhibitors in it..but thats another story
