I use Milton's 100% Whole Grain Bread. Like 80 calories per slice, 5 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein. Wide style bread with a rich nutty taste.

More importantly than whole grain and corn syrup and all that nonsense..
EZEKIEL bread has an incredibly low GI. their regular 4:9 bread is 36 damnit! Fantastic. They have it right on the label and that sold me.
I dont know of any other bread that low GI unless it's got amylase inhibitors in it..but thats another story
