this includes positives AND negatives
and if you can find price that would be great
if you think i shouldn't go with it, suggest something else
i'm on a liited budget.... saving up for my car and a greece trip
also, i'm thinking this one looks pretty expensive...

I'd get a full rack instead. That way you can do chins/pullups and exercises that use overhead band attachment.
If you are on a budget you could get a basic rack for about $500

that is the bench they have in the picture there, and the bench is an incline/decline/standard oly bench for $130 dollars, it's also got a position for shoulder press too

i think i just finally figured out what OP meant... original post?
ahah.. but yeah man, that **** looks great
a friend told me thats what he has in his high school weight room and i checked it out
they have ease of transition between exercises and everything
it was a bit of an older model i think, but even that one was hella amazing
