Today, April 3rd, is a day.
Tomorrow, Friday, April 4th, i get my wisdom teeth out.
Monday, April 7th, i plan to start my massive cut.
April 4th-6th...I will not be able to eat that much, due to the pain.
Here's the plan
Set up by three different sets of four weeks, and a few other weeks. Here is what's going to happen.
Weeks 1-4 (April 7th - May 4th)
*I will keep track of my calories Intake/Out-take
*I will try to burn atleast 2lbs a week & (1% bf a week)
*I will also be taking ceffeine pills bought from bb.com. 600mg a day
*I will go jogging every morning, and burn a 500 calories on cardio equipment
*I will lift weights, but to burn fat, not gain muscle
*500 calorie deflict per day
*500 calorie burnage per day
Weeks 5-8 (May 5th - June 1st)
***THE EC STACK***
Since i already started taking the caffeine, i will just start using ephedrine...(I turn 18 on Apr 18th, so please do not say i am underage)

but i think you are saying 170 lbs AT MOST and 10% AT MOST*working on getting into shape*
i am not looking to be a big guy, just in very good health so i can perform well in everyday life, and look great.
I want an athletic body more so than a body builders body.

If you're that close to being 18, why not just go ahead and do the EC stack bro?
At 17 or 18 you're giong to have very close to the same BMR.
And if you don't think you're really going to grow anymore, I would go ahead and get on it.
The reasons its not reccomended for ages 17 and under is because you could still grow taller, making your body fat percentage less anyways. There is also the fact that when your young you have a high BMR, and it shouldn't be difficult to cut fat if you need to.
I'm going for it just because I want results as fast as possible (who doesnt?). And I'm only 17. My dad stopped growing at 16, I stopped about 15. I don't plan on growing much more, and even if I did I would still have alot of body fat.
Another reason is that you have to be 18 to buy the ephedrine products. If your parents know about it anyway, they should buy it for you, or one of your friends could.
The only thing I would be cincerned about is that you're going to have to get off of that caffene very, very slowly to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

Thanks man....
Just got done running this morning...and my right side of my back of my mouth was bleeeding (...had my wisdom teeth removed on friday...but idk why it was bleeding...i didnt spit at all)
Also, just got done burning 500 calories tonight.
I took 600mg of caffeine today, and wow, i never felt so damn tired in my life. BUT...i also took some IBMorfin (pain killers) for my wisdom teeth that were removed a few days ago. So, maybe that's why...I also, forgot to eat carbs before my workout...so that could be another reason why. LOL..
Anyways, just got done eating my 2 tbsp of pea-nut butter...Tomorrow, will list my next meal...(I will not weigh myself again until next monday)Last edited by alexplevell; 04-07-2008 at 06:20 PM.

anyways...Keeping track of my food intake, and it's actually fun, i think.
I think might be losing weight too fast...idk...seems like i might be.
EC STACK, starting MAY 5th...caffeine going all 100 days (600 mg/day)
Then, 1 week rest after EC stack...then, i will do the velocity diet for my last month, then 1 week rest...just to make sure i do not gain back weight from eating solid foods suddenly.
SO...1 month hardcore training.
.......1 month EC STACK.
.......1 month Velocity Diet.
170 in 3 months? Most likely, if i don't fail. Beein on 3 days so far, and i've been fine.....it's actually fun i think...(BUT...), since i am trying to keep 40/40/20, i sometimes do not have enough energy. Wow...Faster than usual
I am losing ALOT of weight VERY FAST...

I eat at MOST 2272 calories this week...

Day 5...Friday, April 11th
So...last night, before i went to bed, i really believe i was feeling my kidneys or something "contract" strangely. I believe i am taking too much protein. So i figure, i will calm down on the protein, and have higher carbs. Anyways, i believe i need these carbs because sometimes, i am strangely "tired"...
I will have a simple "high-fat" day. It wont be a cheat day, but it will just be a day where i consume higher fat than usual. So today, this is my meal plan.

Just wanted to say, i will be adding a full body workout every Monday, Wedsnday, & Friday. I will be working all body parts every other day, just to lose more fat, but wont try to "gain" muscle.
For a heads up too. I was 189lbs this morning. I drink a **** ton of water, and idk, but i have noticed since the last time i measured my self, i have lost 2 inches off of my waste, 2 inchest off of my hips, 1 inch on thighs, LOSS 2 inchest on arms...which sucks, but + inches on calves.
So, idk, 5 days down, and 189 lbs. Last time i was in the 180's, i was about 13 years old, if i can remember correctly. Sad. I turn 18 in 7 days, but yeah, thanks.April 2007 - Age 16 - 261lbs
