Need some help, really stuck on bench

ive been stuck at the same bench press max for about 2-3 months now (flat and incline), i do sets of 10,8,6 and then sets of 3 till i max out and ive stayed the same at the end for 225x3(flat). ive tryed switching it up to dumbbells for 2 chest workouts. i tryed doing low reps through all the sets to see if i can do more at the end. i switched up doing incline first from flat, and i even took about 5 days to rest to come back at full strength. nothing has changed for me, any advice would be helpfull.

hm.. you should be able to break thru that plateau pretty soon.

have you tried 5x5 or 6x4? those are pretty good if you push yourself. since you are going with strength, best to stay in the 4-6 range.

ill give the 5x5 a shot, would it be better to stick with a 5x5 or switch it up to that for a couple workouts to mix it up and then go back
