Any tricep workout is going to hit all of them. By varying whether your work it with your upper arms above or below your shoulder, you will vary the length of the long head of the triceps. I am not sure which one works it more though, when it is long or short. That might vary upon whether the elbow is bent (more long) or straight (more short).
Besides the long head, I don't know how it chooses between the other 2 heads, anyone know?
