im sick of crappy pump products, so ill be getting Animal PUMP today, iw as wondering... it has "daily dose of creatine", would it be a good idea to also get greenMAGnitude? or is that more creatine than ill be able to use anyway?

You only need 3-5 grams of protein on workout days.

You can take the GM on off days since you don't need a pre-workout supp on your off days.
