    Push ups weak af

    Hey,

I m struggling with bodyweight push ups,i can barely do 40 at once. Its not that numbers annoy me but i feel so weak and excausted while doing them (even after first 15),its like i was running a marathon lol
When i had about 160 lbs i could easily rock 100 push ups in under 10 mins ...

How is that possible? How can my arms feel so weak?I can barbell curl 110 lbs and cg bench press 130 lbs.
Can anyone tell me how to improve it?
    The Big 3

BB Press 242 lbs - one rep

Squat 286 lbs - one rep

Deadlift 375 lbs - one rep

Well, your close grip bench is nowhere near bodyweight so you can't expect to do many push ups.

Well, obsviously you need to work on your strenght and endurance.

I used to do almost 50 pushups at once but i spend a few months without doing and now i make less than 20 in a row, i've started again and every week i can spend more time doing, you need to make'em again and more often so you body will get used.

Practice, practice. Also 40 is a decent number, not sure how many you're expecting to do?
