im going to be running a sponsored log for RPM/NEOVAR. I have not recieved yet but i should in the next 3 days. I run a 5x5 10x10 alternate week to week with at least 1 mile of cardio a day.

I'll follow this one too. However, I believe your running the same log on AM...I may just follow your log on here instead as over on AM (I'm Samboz19 over there) it is already quite cluttered with so many posts its hard to keep up with everything. . Good luck getting some solid results bud!

yes sir that would be I. yeah i made a mistake of starting the log over at AM way too early so that i could get a decent following base going. now it coated in posts. but still people who want to learn will read everything. but yeah still waiting on the neovar/ RPM to come in. hopefully by monday it should be here. and also dave im getting another tub of intrabolics new flavor from the head man. im excited. thanks for checkin it out and subbin guys. this site is alot harder to navigate then the others...way way more people.

Day 2 Thoughts
WOO i have havent had any big noticibility when not working out...but as soon as i hit the workout up...wow...i get the sickest pump and focus I've ever had. Crazy for day 2 of this stack! I am in a really big hurry so i am just quickly noting what i felt today. Workout was VERY VERY rushed! i will update later tonight around 10 PM.
Day 3 Thoughts:
Dosing was off today cuz of my messed up schedule. I got a good workout in, but the supplements didnt get to do their full out most. I did have a good pump going though at the gym. It was very enjoyable. Today was supposed to be an off day but i had to check out the new gym!

Day 4 Thoughts
Agression is beginning to become noticeable. I was about to explode during work today. I would not reccommend taking this stuff when stressed...my aggression is greatly amplified. I am feeling good today. Workout was nice and i was feeling a full body pump. my muscle chest and biceps were swelled up and i didnt even work them today!

Thoughts:
WOW today had to be one of the best workouts i have ever had and longest. I wasnt loud, noisy but a relaxed mental and silent focus. I enjoyed it alot. I also recieved crazy blood rush and hardness also known as "Pumps". My forearms are lookin pretty sowle these days. Also i decided to take the weekedn off because after all it was prom. I somehow over the course of those 3 days managed to lose about 3.6 pounds of what i had gained, which was a bummer but on the flip side, I am Very confident I am in the single digits for BF% now. I can pull nothing off my arms. My weakspots on BF is primarily my lower back and VERY mild on my abdomen. Also, some of you will tell me my workout today was over training extreme...just thought i should warn you. even though this is nothign knew for me.
Thoughts:
Today is an off-day. On this log i am actually going to be substitting my off days for cardio because i do need the rest for my previous days workouts considering how i hard i am pushing myself, but at the same time i can improve my being in shape cardoi wise. My chest is def sore from yesterdays workout. very tender all around my pectorals and my lower biceps.
Thoughts:
yeah man. i got my ass eating alot today and this will be along my regular food supply daily. im full but i feel this will help my slump. I am hoping to see decent gains back Def an improvement on intake!!

Today was supposed to be an off day. I wasnt able to make it to the gym yesterday so i switched today and tomorrow workouts so that i wouldnt have 2 days off in a row. I did 2 sets per excersice with 15 reps each set.

I had people note this and help me fix my diet to a high carb diet and i have been putting on weight and size rapidly just this week. Great workout. I was relaxed and pumped at the same time. Whats new with RPM? i absolutely love this effect. its a calm but focused energy. I think i may have over trained a bit today because i got carried away haha. You know "the zone". Anyways they just opened a new tan place next to my gym...this was my first tanning experience in a bed...kinda akward if you ask me. forearm pump was whack!

Slept good last night. I have been in a clam relaxed good mood today. Possibly because life is going good right now. nothing to stress over. Today is supposed to be shoulders and triceps but as usual im gonna tweak it. I feel like i have been neglecting my legs so i am doin today as a primary leg day with back/ tripcep secondary. Not sure how hard i will hit this workout but i will post it. weights will be embarrassing so i dont feel like cathchin fire. just for the heads up i have been injured leg wise so i havent got to work them so they are down quite heavily right now. ALSO, For some reason i feel like i am going to have an INSANE PUMP today...yippee!

i love boxing and raquetball is my new found favorite. our gym has tourneys almost weekly. I am still getting the hang otu if but i use it as daily cardio and absolutely love it!
