I think the smart thing to do here would be to let phong keep a lead until like the last hour. Then have a misc stampede of votes. It seems like she just gets enough votes to beat the other person. So if we surprise her at the end, I think we can destroy her. Also, we wont have everyone in the misc voting, have her catchup, then nobody here can vote again.
