Im a big fan of coffee but i love it sweet..... Im cutting right now so milk and sugar are not something i wanna have in my 3/4 cups of coffee everyday.... would splenda and fat free milk have a negative effect on my diet? or should i just suck it up and drink it black?

Do you think a few tablespoons of milk is going to affect your cut?

i dont think a packet of splenda is 4 cals...even so, i highly doubt it will hinder your progress.
personally, i need my coffee in the a.m. & then have another 1/2-1 cup mid-morning. i use 1-2 packets of sweetner in each & if i dont use skim milk i use sugar free &/or fat free cream/half&half < ive been doing this for years.

i would have my coffe regular, just use organic sugar, regular sugar is not that bad for u, neither is your milk. this minute amount wont affect anything, unless you are going to compete dont worry about it. plus stay away from fake sweeteners! even spenda! besides tasting like ****, it will kill u!

Or just pop a caffeine pill. Same amount of caffeine and less fuss.
