    My keto diet

    I just started keto and so far this is the diet I have been doing this week:

    Breakfast : 4 Eggs with cheese and cooked in butter
    Have a really intense workout just before lunch, cant help it, its part of school.
    Lunch: 8oz chicken with cheese
    Home like 3 hours later: Tuna salad with alot of cheese and Caeser dressing
    Dinner: 8-12oz of some kind of meat, maybe burgers, with cheese and mayo

    And I have a protein shake right after my workout.

    Well, how does it look?

    Looks perfect, without knowing cals and such. You could do well with throwing some fibrous veggies in there but other than that, you're good.

    Cucumbers are pretty much just water, so you'd be better off with lettuce and broccoli to add bulk and fibre.
