I just started keto and so far this is the diet I have been doing this week:
Breakfast : 4 Eggs with cheese and cooked in butter
Have a really intense workout just before lunch, cant help it, its part of school.
Lunch: 8oz chicken with cheese
Home like 3 hours later: Tuna salad with alot of cheese and Caeser dressing
Dinner: 8-12oz of some kind of meat, maybe burgers, with cheese and mayo
And I have a protein shake right after my workout.
Well, how does it look?
