Inflammation

I hurt my back a while back from squatting. I went to the doctor about it and he told me I had inflammation where my tailbone and hip bone connect. I was wondering if anybody else has had this and how long they were out. I don't have problems with day to day things just a little a pain when working out. Thanks for any help.

Take some time off from squatting and deadlifting heavy, let the area heal itself.....fish oil would be a good supp to take, as well as a multi high in antioxidants to reduce the inflammation....

Of course, there is always tylenol and ibuprofen....

Thanks! Yea the doc has me on anti-inflammatory and no weights for the next two weeks, hopefully that should help it. Just wondering if this is a long injury to heal from. I'm thinking I'll do some machines for a while to keep the stress of my back once I start back.
