Question Painful Knees

My Job requiers me to lift heavy objects and always be on the move. Since this Job ive gotten such painful knee joints. Working out regularly has always helped but is there any specific exercises I can do to help strengthin and prevent my knees from straining so much?

Try pushing off your heels (instead of the front of the foot) when lifting things, it will help take the stress off the knee joint and dish it out to your hips more evenly.

Learning how to squat and deadlift properly will probably help you out with your job. It'll teach you how to push off your heels as well as strengthen your back and legs, lifting things will become a breeze.
