what does your diet look like? If you are eating nutrient dense foods, you could skip the extra pill altogether, the way God intended =). It doesn't take eating tons and tons to fill your micronutrient needs, and there are some studies showing that atletes eat more, thus they get a good amont of their daily intake, and when taking a mv it pushes them past the tolerable upper level, which could in turn be toxic/harmful.

I'm pretty sure that as active individuals, we require more nutrients because we use and lose more of them through exercise. So sure we might hit the DRI's but that doesn't mean we are getting enough for what our more active bodies need. And if you take a look at most ULs for vitamins and minerals, they are waaaay higher than we would ever intake anyway.
back on topic - ya i think opti-woman would be a great choice
... GNC has those multi-vit packs. The Woman's Active one has a multi, CLA, Carnitine, and a fatburner all mixed in. Its a little costly and you would probably need additional Carn and Cla and another fatburner to run an actual cut .. but if your just looking for a multi then the CLA, Carn, and thermogenic effect are all great bonuses to promote a slow steady weight loss with your diet.
