- Madcow and Texas method are good, especially if you like fullbody 3x/wk routines and/or like the 5x5 style traditional-strength-oriented routines.
- Upper/Lower splits like Fierce 5 UL and Lyle McDonald GBR are good, especially if you like working out 4x/wk and/or like a higher-rep style, more traditional-hypertrophy, type of routine.
