Ha!!!! I went in the wrong direction
So to make a long story short ... "I haven?t been in the gym in almost a year. My wife had been pregnant and I ate just about everything that she ate" But I started back in the gym yesterday. I'm cutting first b/c I have to much bodyfat. But I just wanted you guys to guess the bodyfat% of the before and after pics. I have a long ways to go so any knowledge would be helpful.
Before:about 240-245
Sunday: 260
Dang its such a let down. Like I said... any criticism would be greatly appreciated, especially areas I need to work on besides the gut obviously.

This is my first time doing this so take it with a grain of salt. I'd say before is around 15% since you can alllllmost see your abs. Afterwards maybe low 20's. I'd say once you definitely get back on track you'll be back to your older, healthier self - or better - in no time. Just keep your diet in check and stay consistent with your workouts. The hardest part is just getting back on track; once it becomes routine, you're gold.

I couldn't agree more, the BF % estimates are right on.. just get a good diet you can stick with and get doin some regular cardio and gym time, and you'll see results in no time

Is that your wife in the first picture?
She's beautiful.
Before bf looks in the 17's (I think)
After , 20+
Just do what you did in the first pic, and you'll be set!
Did you play football btw?

Your a big guy. You could look great. Just clean up your diet, do some cardio. Make sure not to cheat very often it will just take longer.
I would say you were around 18-20% before. You could lose up to 1% a week max if you ate completely clean and did what you need to do in the gym. Aim for 1-2lb weight loss per week. If you are losing more than that adjust your calorie intake by eating more, if your not losing anything adjust in the opposite direction.
Good Luck

I'm not sure how good Cytolean is. I never used it before but based on what I have read through the forums its pretty good. 3 main fat burners came up when I searched and that was Cytolean, lean xtreme, and scorch. From what I here you can't go wrong with either. Cytolean is the cheapest.

Thanks,
Do you guys think I should do the Anabolic Diet or do just a regular diet? The Anabolic Diet is easier for me, plus I've already started it on Monday. So this is my plan for the next 12 weeks and you guys can let me know what you guys think.
Diet: Anabolic (High Protein/fat and low carb during the week) (carb up on weekends)
Workout: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/krisgethin_guide8.htm
Cardio: Mon, Wed, Friday:20 - 30mins
Tue, Thurs:40mins
On my cardio it doesn't matter how I get it b/c I never have been a long distance/time runner b/c of football. We only did sprints. So I may run 10mins walk 5 run another 5-10 walk another 5.... you get the idea, until I get to about my desired minutes. Is this a bad way to do cardio? I just thought it was good b/c Ive never done cardio like this before and its hard for me to run over 15mins straight on a treadmill so I'm trying to build myself up.

The anabolic diet is pretty much Keto. There is a keto subforum in the nutrition area. Lots of people have great results with it. I say go for it. If ya lose 15 lbs and keep most of the muscle mass you'll look very good!
good luck

You have so much muscle mass that the fat will be pretty easy to get rid of.
Even though running is great for cardio, I wouldn't do it if I were you. You're tall, heavy, and not 18 any more, your knees won't like you. Try eliptical or biking.
