Can somebody tell me how big the scoop is on the glycergrow bottle. I had bought this last year but never used it. I started going to the gym again and just found out it didn't come with a scoop. Is the scoop the same size as the green mag? If so I can just use that one.

If the Green Mag scoop holds three scoops of GG, I guess maybe you should just use one Green Mag scooper's worth.
And yeah, dont even bother to try to mix that stuff. Straight in the mouth and swallow with some type of liquid. It is sort of like a taste-free pixie stick.I'm the guillotine waiting for the head that wears the crown

Soreness: 7.5/10
I have been pretty sore even days after my workout but like some have said, it means the product is working imo...
Fullness: 9.5/10
The fullness factor didn't kick in till about day 3, then WOW! I lowered my NO2 dosage and the GG seemed to take over my body, literally! I look even more full upon waking up... I've never had this feeling like I have from GG but like I said, I guess it's working.
Strength: 7/10
My overall weights are up a bit but my reps are down, I have a hard time battling for that 8th rep or so. So many of my excersises I am doing about 6 reps each on, which is fine. I tend to do lower reps anyway. The pump isn't painful but my range of motion is definately hindered a bit.
Vascularity: 8/10
Just the other day, my mom asked "are you taking something different, you have acne on your shoulders and your veins are sticking out!" Implying I'm on roids but I am not. Vascularity is definately up, even when not working out. Don't know what the acne is from though...
Energy/Focus: 5/10
I haven't noticed much of a difference from this aspect so far. Should I expect anything different? "

"Day 64 with GG. At day 1, I weighed around 225lbs. Now I'm a steady 214-215lbs. GG gives me a nice diuretic effect, which results in definition.
2 months with GG, and my results are as follows:
1) Nice tight pumps.
2) Muscle fullness.
3) Consistent strength increases.
4) Endurance.
5) Mild diuretic effect resulting in:
6) Definition and........
7) Weight loss.
8) Compliments at home and at work, resulting in:
9) Confidence.
10) Thoroughly satisfied with product!
In the 25 years I've been lifting, this has been the most effective all around BB supplement I've ever used next to CEE, and best of all it's all natural. That's very important at least to me as one gets older. Thank you Controlled Labs!"

"I have noticed increased muscle fullness, faster recovery, and better pumps since I incorporated it into my supp regimen. I take mine concurrently with Scivation's Xtend pre and during workout and have liked the results. GG seems to be one of the most cost efficent supps out . . . the tub has 120 servings if I remember correctly and you only need to take it on workout days. I would recommend giving it a try, I doubt you will be disappointed.
I only use the GG on workout days and have liked the results. This helps the tub last even longer, making it even more cost effective "

Cell Volumization: GlycerGrow is great for cell volumization. Is it every workout great? For me, No. But I did have some awesome pumps on it during the month, including during my maintenance workout today. Sometimes I had NO supplement quality pumps, on other days I didn't. Bottom line is, don't expect the pumps instantly, wait a week or so for them to really kick in on this product. That's when the magic starts.
Vascularity: The money maker of GlycerGrow for me during this month. Of course, I was cutting, but it made me extremely vascular and water intake definitely regulated how vascular I was. This product will dry you out if you are not careful, drink plenty of water to see maximum effects. 1.5 to 2 gallons per day.
Recovery: Initially I was super sore on this product so expect this. As the month went on, I did not really notice being sore very much, so I would have to say the recovery was pretty good, but not excellent. I have had much better recovery on other products.
Intensity: I had some great workouts on GlycerGrow. It really surprised me actually, considering the ingredients in GlycerGrow. My intensity was awesome during some workouts and I didn't take any stims so there wasn't any competing suppleemnts to take credit for the results. This is definitely another one of the true benefits of this product. Very nice indeed!
Endurance: Along with the intensity was my endurance in the gym. I never had any real noticeable results during cardio, but my muscular endurance was great during my log. It wasn't great right off the bat, so don't expect it to be. You have to take this for awhile to get the most out of it.
Growth: The strength and size I maintained while shedding 6 pounds during this month long test run was great. It is very rare that you can lose 6 pounds and maintain good strength. I am very pleased with the results in this area. Thanks CL!
Overall: I couldn't be happier with the results from my one month test of GlycerGrow. My intensity and the results I achieved with this product has made me a believer in GMS and in the ingredients in GlycerGrow. This would definitely be beneficial for anyone who is cutting or bulking. Just ensure that you drink an enormous amount of water. If you don't you won't achieve the results that you should with this product. This should be a great addition to any supplement stack and would use this over any NO product due to the multiple benefits you receive and the fact that I'm not really a believer in the benefits of NO in the first place. Along side Green Bulge or Omega Thunder, you could achieve some mind blowing pumps, not to mention strength gains. 2 thumbs up to CL, I will definitely be buying some more of this when my tub is empty. That's another great thing, I still have about 1/3 of a tub left and that is after I accidently dumped a bunch of it on the floor one day.

Sure, the pump was great, but to me, this means nothing (it does feel good, though). 10-15lbs increases in lifts were not uncommon during this time. This doesn't look like much, but this is quite amazing for me in such a short amounth of time.... So to sum it all up, I like this new product. It's cheap and effective. Can't get much better then that."

Strength - Awesome. If you look back, I hilighted in red all my strength increases. I found this stack to help me increase the weight being used on the majority of exercises. I was definetely impressed with this aspect.
9/10
Recovery - GlycerGrow was being used on workout days only. Seeing how I train 5 days in a row per week, I found it extremely helpful in allowing me to give 100% the following day with minimal soreness.
8.5/10
Pumps - I noticed great pumps during my workouts. These usually lasted close to 2 hours post workout. Mind you, they were not extreme to a level to cause pain.
8/10
Intensity - My workouts began getting more intense about half way through this stack. Lifting with the MAX-OT principle, my workouts are usually pretty intense, but this stack kicked it up a notch.
7.5/10
Mass Gains - I've gained about 5 lbs this month while on this stack. Im sitting at ~15% bf, but very pleased with the added muscle. My inner chest has really developed well, and I've added some good size to my triceps.
9/10
Endurance - As far as cardio goes, Im sorry to say that I did not see any noticable differance while on this stack. My cardio consisted of 35-45 minute low/medium intensity every monday/wednesday/friday evening. As for weight lifting, my workouts are usually pretty short and I never had any problems with this in the past.
5/10
Focus - I was pretty impressed by this. Im a yerba mate drinker, and I usually have 1-2 cups pre-workout which help me focus better in the gym. The past week or so, I've noticed that my focus has really increased while on this stack.
7/10
Vascularity - Im the type of guy who enjoys seeing veins run down my arms. They definetely gave me that mental boost to give it all Ive got during my workouts. I also noticed that the veins in my feet seems more prominant, as well as [18+] *downstairs*.

-i felt more pumped and wider then normal or ever... glycergrow helped my feel superpumped.... not in the muscles are soo full they hurt feeling but just in the muscles are soo full and rdy to go feeling... not sure if u can comprehend that or not thats the best way i can explain it... either way... after the first 7-15days of workouts i hit my normal bests and surpassed them... going as far to double workouts like the inc bench dbs going from like 100x5 reps to 100x10 reps as a norm thats just one example... my leg workouts also have improved a great deal.. not so much in howmuch weight im doing but in form and control... being able to handle the weight that used to make me shake... thus i have improved my core a great deal
-deadlifts have improved a great deal... my old best i think was 345 or 365 and now its up to 415 or 425"

"To start with, i was impressed by just the price. For the amount of servings you get, you just cant go wrong.
I ordered this product sunday night and i was going on vacation by friday afternoon.
I received my tub of Glycergrow on wednesday and couldnt wait to test it out.
Wednesday was chest + tris and im usually so sore i dont even want to move the next day.
my workout went great and i had plenty of energy.
i woke up the next morning to find that i was hardly sore at all.
my initial thoughts were "damn it, i have to change up my routine again!" (not even thinking that it could have been the Glycergrow)
Friday came and i was off to Florida!
i didnt bring any supps because i didnt think there would be a gym at any of the hotels.
to my surprise i did find 2 gyms. One in a hotel called the Grand Floridian and another in this crazy hotel with an african theme. (It was in Disneyland by the way)
I hadnt lifted in over 72 hours and i couldnt wait to hit the gym. Now Although the dumbells they had only went up to 50lbs and they had a smith machine instead of freeweights, my workout went pretty well. i woke up the next morning to find myself so sore i didnt even want to get out of bed.
i then realized that it was becuase i did not take my Glycergrow pre/during my workout.
for me, Glycergrow has been the best recovery product i have ever used!
Also, i got pumps during my workout that actually hurt. it felt like my muscles were going to tear my tendons off the bone. it was possibly the best feeling ive ever had
The only thing i didnt like at first, was not being able to mix it with water. but now i just mix it with some yogurt and its great. Glycergrow has basically no taste at all so i cant even taste it with yogurt. Even when i have to poor the powder in my mouth and swallow it down with some water it's still not that bad!
I would recomend Glycergrow to anyone! you get 120 servings for $33!
It helped me greatly with recovery
I got great pumps
and I even noticed a little more vascularity than normal.
^^^ That is what Glycergrow did for me. It might not be as good for you. Or, it may be EVEN BETTER!
Stuart Rudolph:
Still two thumbs up after almost 3 months! In regards to keeping solid gains at least for me and what effects I've been getting; A big yes for me. To this day, my strength is still increasing. Early on GG had me holding water, but as I continued with GG, the retention slowly reversed and I started getting a diuretic effect. Mind you that decreased my size, however loss of lean mass was minimal if any. Like I said before my strength was still increasing, and still is. Nice fullness and defintition while getting stronger is something I'm not going to complain about.
Being that I haven't stopped taking GG, after 25 years of lifting, you'll maintain most of all gains, if not all if you increase proper nutrition once you quit taking the supplement(s). What worked for me was an uptake in protiens be it from powder, or food.

i just finished a gg/gren mag cycle of 80 days and man i loved it. I have taken all types of creatines and cell volumizers but this is one stack I really noticed.

thanks controlled labs for an awesome product line

Vizion: Purple WRAATH + GlycerGROW + Green MAGnitude
First off all, i have to say (again) that this combination is bloody lethal! - My weight/strength/vascularity has all increased while on these supps, even to a point where a few of my mates are - tongue in check - sayin im on roids fs lol. - Gotta be a compliment...
Weakestlink
This combination is amazing. My arms look so much fuller. GlycerGrow pumps are amazing. Who needs NO products (most of them don't even work for me)I'm not a big guy but when I do my upper body Skinny Bastards work I can't even close my arms they feel like they are 20 inches. When the goes away I am still pretty full. My arms look a lot bigger and so does my chest. This stuff is amazing THANK CL!!!!!!!!!!!!
runningback666
Im on my second day of it and damn. I never thought the pumps couldnt get any better than white flood, boy was i was wrong. the last stack i was on was Green MAG+White Flood and it was great. But now im im on Green Bulge+white blood+glycergrow(about the same price as Green MAG+white flood $80) and man... well just read this instead
Taste: 6/10 it doesnt taste bad but not good ethier you know what i mean? its kind of salty.
Mixability: 1/10 absolutly terrible, im good at making things mix and it doesnt, i stirred and let it sit and stirred and let it sit for a half an hour! and it didnt mix. But there is a way! just put each of the 3 scoops one by one in your mouth and chase it down with water or juice, its easy.
Effectiveness 10/10! If you call pumps so hard that you arms feel like there going to rip off, effective. im serious it takes the pump to a whole new level, when you every to flex and your arms wont get any bigger its a crazy thing to see. Ive taken white flood, NO-explode, nitrix, NO2, V-12 turbo, shock therapy, and more and i never had a feeling like this and great endurence aswell. it made me want to test how much blood i could acually pump to my muscles and it was more than i ever thought possible.
Cost: 10/10 You only take it preworkout and 120 servings for $30, HUMMMM.... im on a 5 day split and its going to last forever and if your on a 3 day split good god!
This is no BS guys its like white flood on steriods, i bet anybody who used this product before can back me up, if not they should try drinking more water with it, WATER IS KEY! I dont think im going to get another arginine based supplement again, this stuff is just to good and is low cost. I hope anyone reading this who was thinking about trying it does, you wont regret it. I was real ify and this product before i bought it, but then i said "what the hell" i trust control labs GREEN MAG+White FLOOD was great, but this is better Green Bulge+White Blood+GlycerGrow for about the same price, well my forearms are still so pumped it hard to type lol

Hi, i'm fairly new to the board and this is my first thread post.
I have just finished up w/ the stack listed above and am reviewing it.
I was on this stack for three weeks (the reason it was not a month was because I ordered some Leviathan as i ran out of RA sooner than i expected)
I'll start w/ my changes
Start 9/13: weight 188.5 according to my cheap scale
End 10/6: weight 190.5 according to my cheap scale
So as you can see, a two lb increase over three weeks.
This leads me to believe that I'm not fond of RA and S.glow but I can't say they didn't work at all. I actually believe they did help me keep off some weight because I was on slight bulking calories the entire time. I would not have been surprised to put on 5lbs (I gain weight VERY easily) so the RA, S.glow stack might have saved me 3lbs. Put still not overly impressed. I guess i'm just more into stimulant based fat burners ('Levi' comming monday!)
*note* even though I am done w/ RA, I still have 4-5 weeks of S.Glow left and will be using it till the bottle is gone
Now on to the greatest product I have ever used, GLYCERGROW!!!
I have to be honest, I have tried a few CL products (including Shock Therapy etc) and they never cease to amaze me in the muscle-building department
I dosed the GG at 3 scoops 45min b4 working out followed by 5g of pure MONo 30 min b4 lifting (I had been on creatine for 5-6 weeks before starting GG so my strength increase are becasue of GG and not newbie gains from the MONO). I also followed my workout w/ one scoop of GG and 5g of MONO.
On to my lifts: WOW!!
I did not change my workout protocal while on GG and I had sort of plateaued b4 starting it. But man has that been a thing of the past! I keep hitting PR's EVERY WEEK! it's the greatest feeling of accomplishment I've ever had!
Incline Bench:1st week (last set) 5 reps at 195
3rd week (last set) 5 reps at 210
Flat BB Bench:1st week (last set) 5 reps at 215
3rd week (last set) 4.5reps at 230
Pull down's : went from getting 144 for my last set of 8 to getting 156 for 8
Military : 1st week - 5 reps at 155
3rd week - 4 reps at 170
*unfortunately for me, my leg day is on Saturday and being a college student (at NCSU) there were always football games that I went to, and for some reason the gym is only open from 1 to 5 so my partner and I always missed leg day. (we made it in for one of the three weeks but only did leg press and curls/extns [no squats]). But never fear! I am heading to the gym after i'm done typing this to get my ass under that bar!
So as far as GG is concerned, I LOVE IT! luckily the tub I got (for $30, can't say where) is only about 1/5 gone so i've got plenty of time left to use this. I definetly consider GG a staple in my supplement cabinet from now on! thanks Controlled Labs for the awesome product!
*note* this is not a sponsored log, I bought the supplements with money out of my own pocket and have not been contacted by CL or any reps of CL to do this log. THX for reading. hope this helps everyone!Free agent

Hi guys
I have been using GG for 1 month now and I do not have 1 bad thing to say about it. It has actually become 1 of my favorite supplements, along with Purple Wraath.
It seems like GG is not mentioned enough of these boards.
People are always asking what supplements give you the greatest pumps and vascularity...and every now and then GG comes up.
GG has given me the most insane pumps/vascularity after a 2 week use. The 1st time I took GG I experienced NO results and thought I was a non responder. I gave it a full 2 weeks and before I knew it my body looked like a road map.
10/10 overall
TIP
Instead of dumping the scoops in your mouth and chasing them down with water, I found that GG mixes very well in yogurt. I normally mix it with fat free yogurt 1 hour before the gym.rob426hz View Post
Alright... just got my GG this morn'. couldn't wait to open it up and hittin the iron.
I'ma bypass all the nonsense... we all know it doesn't mix well and it's tasteless, just pound the scoops and chase with a fluid... could not be easier.
Initial dose: GM, 2 scoops GG chased with the normal WF... then PW after. (this is my normal stack, so results would most likely be due to the GG)
It's probably important to note that I drank about 1 gallon of h20 before/during/after the scoops.
Pre-Gym: Nothing at first, just sitting around waiting for the clock to move so I could get to the gym. For some reason i felt a warming feeling in and around my core... and my extremities (legs, arms, hands, etc...) As workout time approached I felt ready to do some damage.
In-Gym: Nothing didn't seem too out of the ordinary. Today was back/bicep day... Jumped up to do some chin-ups.... boy did they feel really easy... i cranked out 3 sets of 12... (something i never was able to do... lucky if i hit 8 reps)... after this... everything seemed like it was a downhill battle with the weight.... EVERYTHING SEEMED REALLY LIGHT for some reason. I pulled PRs on everything... pumping out more reps on EVERYTHING. you might be reading this and say that it's BS... but in all honesty I was really skeptical myself. I felt like i could've done a lot more... kinda like i had to force myself to leave the gym.
Physically: My arms were swole. Super swolen and actually kinda hurt to bend 'em... my lats were wide and biceps really full. Good stuff. Went sleeveless today... tons of looks... kinda found myself just staring during my resting times.
After-gym: My arms and back felt really tight. I noticed that usually after the gym i'm kinda flabby around my lower back/stomach areas... today my skin was really tight. it was weird. But i'm not complaining. Even til now (3 hours after gym, arms are feeling big and tight to bend.
OVERALL: wasn't expecting much from initial dose... but got a lot. I DID however drink a grip of water before and after tho. Can't wait for tomorrow's 3 scoops and see what happens.
Vascularity: 6.5/10 Nothing really outta the ordinary.
Pump: 11/10... unbelievable pump. Felt like my arms were bigger than my bucket head!
Energy: 8/10 didn't feel wired... just focused
Strength: 11/10 Definitely increased weight on every single lift, every rep. Good stuff here!
Water effect: Nothing really outta the ordinary... the usual 20-30 min trips to the restroom after.
wondering if i should start a log???..... Hope this helps some. Peace!Free agent

Glycergrow:
-Mixability: N/A Doesn't matter, just take a scoop and gulp it down with some Xtend water. repeat. Tried and true method
-Pumps: 9.5/10 Definitely in a whole different ball park from NO supps. but works great with them. Muscles felt hard and full, not water balloon like, which NO pumps feel like for me.
-Vascularity: 8/10 There has been a nice increase so far, but I feel that they will only increase the longer I take GG.
-Strength: ?/10 I couldn't really say because I have only taken it with Xtend, so I don't know if all of the gains are from GG alone. That said, GG+Xtend has yielded AMAZING strength gains together. Creatine-like gains
-Overall: 9/10 I will have to see how it continues to work down the line, but I am thoroughly impressed with this product, great job CL! By the way, I had zero issues digesting GG.
