    creatine and brain functioning

    you notice any difference in your cognitive capacity taking large amounts of creatine for a week like 20g a day? im more coherent in conversation, i pwn noobs better playing games and i think a little more clearly at work. i really think it is the 25g of creatine i am taking creatine is something new in my supplement stack i havent taken in before really but i dont think i will ever go without it because it seems to have improved my strength levels and helped my noggin too though that might be a placebo effect but i just joined the masses of people that stand by creatine as an excellent supplement. a bit late i agree.
