Yes, the leg extension comes with an olympic plate adapter, so if you want to use standard plates just don't install it.

Not that the customer should have to do this, but you can bring your preacher attachment to a local welding place and have them add and extension to the bracket. It'll ruin that pretty chrome plating, but you can paint the entire metal section if you want.

I have the pull up attachment. Does anyone find it not very stable and have a lot of flex (even with lock down) especially if you use the bench on carpeted floor? I don't feel confident going all out on it.

I have the chinup attachment and weigh about 150. It does flex some, but I've never felt like it was going to tip over, even when I'm wearing a 45-lb. weight vest. You do need to keep your hands evenly spaced on both sides of the center column, but that's not hard.

I have the IM bench and love it but I love narrow benches just wish it was a
little lower by an inch or 2 .

I'm 5 ft 7 so for taller people the height is fine.

I got package #1. Now I'm thinking about the dip and MAYBE the ab attatchment. But, I too have a low ceiling.

Can anyone tell me how high the dip handles are (distance from floor to top of handles) when installed?

Why would people get the situp/crunch attachment, I mean can't you use the Leg Attachment for doing incline or decline on the bench?
