    The most I have ever done with a full range of motion is 990 on an isolateral leg press weighing in at 200...Ive done more just not full ROM.

    full ROM including bottoming out.

    Now I wont elaborate too much on the leg press but many people who think they are so strong on it are just cheating themselves and back up their claims with crap like..my thighs were touching my chest that is as low as I can go,

    Now although that is correct, the fact is you can adjust your feet position which will greatly alter the ROM possible as well most Leg press machines have a adjustable back pad which again can add or shorten inches to the ROM.

    I am working my way up to 4 times although i am not there YET!

    So for teh average lifter ( as in North american average or the somewhat dedicated persistent average)

    North american average 1-2 times tops!
    Somewhat dedicated average 2-3x BW

    Sounds good I know Ronnie and the juicers are the exception though Id rather work hard and know I did it all by myself.

    Ive always wondered if wearing knee wraps would help me. They look constricting and uncomfortable. I know some wear them to help prevent injury but still looks uncomfortable.

    same here, never worn real straps even though I have bad knees. I assume it'd be like wearing those sleeves for bench press (might be wrong, no idea)Not the whole suit though, just elbow thingamajiggz

    Ya I have those elbow sleeves, they are a biatch to get on and off. Its hard to curl with them and so I gave up. Was using them with ben gay to keep the joints warm.
