The most I have ever done with a full range of motion is 990 on an isolateral leg press weighing in at 200...Ive done more just not full ROM.

Cool cuz its not like I plan to do it I guess I could be a wimp and just do 100 pounds But it seems some think these things are funny, but god forbid you say something about one of their issues that may be embarrassing. Had I never shared it it could not be brought up. I really don't care but when that is the only thing a person adds to the thread it shows something about a person.

full ROM including bottoming out.
Now I wont elaborate too much on the leg press but many people who think they are so strong on it are just cheating themselves and back up their claims with crap like..my thighs were touching my chest that is as low as I can go,
Now although that is correct, the fact is you can adjust your feet position which will greatly alter the ROM possible as well most Leg press machines have a adjustable back pad which again can add or shorten inches to the ROM.
I am working my way up to 4 times although i am not there YET!
So for teh average lifter ( as in North american average or the somewhat dedicated persistent average)
North american average 1-2 times tops!
Somewhat dedicated average 2-3x BWPreSurge = Pre WO.

lol, i'm not saying he's not in great shape, just thought that a picture of him sitting on a leg press machine and then it alone is total weak shyte. I hope to be in that good of shape when i'm an old fart too.
edit: wait....whaaaaat?!?!? You don't count that as a rep (can i change my answer to .5x bodyweight?)
