    Introduction:
I've had ****'s Jungle Warfare starring at me for the past 3 months looking for a good time to begin it. The recent hype and feedback of Designer Supplement's Lean Xtreme2.0 has been amazing and I just couldn't resists trying it out. So now the Jungle Warfare has a friend to be stacked with, here it goes.

    About Me
I have been lifting since my freshman year of high school (2000-2001) for numerous different sports but mainly hockey and track. Throughout college I kept lifting and didn't gain a solid schedule until last year (06-07). Since then I have bulked up to my heaviest ever at 170lb and am no longer the skinny, lean and cut guy I once was.

    Stats:
    Age: 22
    Sex: Male
    Height: 5' 9"
    Starting Weight: 170 lbs
    Bodytype: Ecto/Meso

    Dosing
1 cap LX2.0 upon waking up
    1 cap LX2.0 4hours later
    1 cap LX2.0 pre bed
    1 cap JW with breakfast
1 cap JW 6-8hrs later with meal
1 cap JW 6-8hrs later with meal

I was going to run a 4 week pct of restore after the JW, but after the recent controversy with it I am not to sure.

    Other Supplements
    Controlled Labs GreenMag
    Controlled Labs GlycerGrow
    Controlled Labs Purple WrAAth
Optimun Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard
    Cytosport Muscle Milk
    BSN Lean Dessert
    Universal Animal Flex
    Centrum Multi-V
    GNC Fishoil (6/day)
    NOW Liver Detoxifier & Regenerator
    500mg Vitamin C
    Vitamin B Complex

    Diet
here are the basic meals I eat. Nothing real strict and its hard to always try to eat dealing with classes and work, but I try to get it done
    Meal 1 - Cup Oates/Eggs
Meal 2 - Deli Meats on whole wheat/Muscle Milk
Meal 3 - Salad/Deli Sandwich/Pizza/Pasta (school cafeteria if I am able to sneak in)
Meal 4 - PWO Shake -Whey
    Meal 5 - Steak/Chicken/Fish/WW Pasta with Rice/Beans/Mixed Veggies
Meal 6 - BSN Lean Dessert or Muscle Milk before bed
    along with 4 - 5.5L of water
    Getting in something like 3k Cals/300g Protein/200g Carbs/100-150g fats

    Goals:
I love how I have gotten bigger throughout my bulk and put on some good size but I have added some fat around the mid section. I am hoping for these two products to have a great recomp on me. Expecting the Jungle Warfare to but on some mass while the Lean Xtreme can trim down my midsection and keep me lean. I would also like to continue to increase my strength.

GL, curious how a strength builder and a cutting supplement will work.

i have done JW several times only sides were lethargy first 2 weeks...but worth the strength increase.

    good luck man.

30lb. lateral raises? jesus dude, that's some serious weight. i've been looking for shoulder strength, just feels like my laterals never really go up in weight. i've been stuck on 15's for about a month. any tips? right now i'm doing: front raises 3x10, laterals 3x10, military press 3x6, and upright rows 3x8. i dunno maybe i should start doing some seated db press? **** i have no idea

also my friend didn't really start seeing JW's effects until the 2-3 week. so give it some time man, it'll come

I personally love the DB seated press seems to hit my shoulders the best. As for the lateral raises, they are just one of the shoulder exercises I always do. I guess Ive been able to increase the weight over time

I don't know if its the JW or just me but I am an emotional mess it seems. One minute I am happy next I am pissed off, not sure whats up. Today was real bad, pissed off for awhile and went to the gym causing a crappy workout and now I am all cheery and happy.

Any way here is my workout

warm up - light leg extensions
    4x40x12
    stretching
    Squats
    185x8
    225x8
    275x3
    Leg Press
    180x8
    270x8
    360x8
    450x8
    Leg Curls (single)
    50x8
    60x8
    70x8
    80x8
    Calf Raises
    45x12
    90x12
    135x12
    abs
    100 reps

Squats were rough today, its all in my head. It wasn't tough to do but my head started telling me I was stuggling and then bam, i had to bail out. Been this way my whole life with every sport I do, im a head case or something

    Oh Hi.

I am still here, just been pretty busy the last week finishing up school. Any way I up to about 174lb and seem to be a little leaner while looking in the mirror. When I hit chest the other day I felt real good and my whole body seems to be pumped for whole day.

    Sides:
Lethargy - Some days its a lot worse than others, but nothing some stims can't fix
Acne - Maybe a little more on my face/shoulders but nothing to noticable.
Mood - This is all over the place. Go from happy to angry in seconds, kind of funny if I think about it.
