There was an awesome spreadsheet posted on here awhile ago. I saved it on my work computer and was using it all the time. I do not have access to my work computer anymore and when I searched this forum I could not find it again. Does anyone have a copy or know where I can find it?

It was in excel and it had protein, fat and carbs set up so when you went to set up your meals you used the pull-down menues to select your food choices. it then gaveyou a total and compared it against what your target was.Originally Posted by Diesel31
