Well from what I understand its any excercise you wanna do. I think I read that using dumbells are better so thats what I'm using for chest. Im just gonna change it up everyday Today I did 3 sets of 65lb dumbell incline 2 sets of 65lb flat bench dumbells for 15 reps for chest. For Bi's I just did 5 sets of 70lbs preacher curls. Back- 2 sets of widegrip pulldowns @ 140lbs 3 sets of V-grip pulldowns @140lbs for 15reps each. Calves- 3 sets of sitting calve raises and 2 seta of standing calve raises. Then did 30min of HIT cardio on the readmill at a incline of 15.0. afterwars I spent like 35 min pounding out abs.

You pick any exercise you want for the 5 sets. Either 1 exercise for 3 sets and another exercise for 2 sets. Or all 5 sets of just one exercise. Or 5 different exercises for 1 set each. Get it? I actually like the way the routine is set up. I'm not into the body-part split routines everybody and their sister does hitting each body-part only once per week.
The only real flaw I see is hitting your Triceps 6 days in a row.Last edited by In Flames; 03-31-2008 at 02:51 PM.
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides with the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and good will shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon those with great vengeance and with furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know that my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

The Rock is a genetic freak... I wouldn't do what he does. He has the ability to do more volume. 6 days a week!
That would kill me and I'd never see gains.
So unless you have genes and recovery ability like Dwayne... I'd stay away.
I love Dwayne! Played for the Canes in the 80's!!!

Dwayne has 1 in a million genetics and does BB'ing drugs. If that is YOU--it might work well. If that is not YOU=doubtful.

Most newbies want to believe they are something they are NOT. This guy thinks taking a couple of supplements and having willpower will equal designer genetics, steroids, and 15 years of hard training. After he fails miserably he will either quit training, or start lifting within HIS ability to recover. Too bad new guys usually waste their best training years doing stupid stuff like this.
