Question Quick question about drop sets....

I started doing drop sets and i was curious if its ok to add dropsets to every exercise and not decrease the amount of regular sets, or should i just pick a couple of exercises to do drop sets on?

so should i not even worry about drop sets for a while or just do them with a couple exercises?

drop sets.... are they also know as down sets? is then when you go down in weight for higher reps after the bulk of your workout? for example, i built upto 225x3 on bench, and am wore out, then drop to 185x10 then 135x10?

i started doing drops here and there and i can definately feel it working especially on my bi's and tri's
