    Just starting to supp

I am currently 6'2" at 178lbs and i think i am up to 14% BF from an excessive diet when i started to bulk, but that has been fixed. All I really take right now is ON 100% whey and have been "bulking" for 5 weeks now. I realize i should proly change to a better whey protein, but that aside what would be a good suppliment stack to start with? I have tried CEE before and well its crap. I was thinking of getting some micronized Creatine mono, but not sure what else would help. Keep in mind i am still payin off student loans and recently bought a new car, so i would like to stay fairly cheap, but i think i could deal with $100 a month.

If I had your height & physique, I'd keep bulking, whilst trying to mantain the 14% bodyfat.
I'd aim for 200lbs+ before considering a cut, depending on bodyfat % after the bulk.

My advice is consume high cals & protein. Lift hard. Gonna take longer than 5 weeks though to bulk up with solid mass.

I'd say keep supplements basic and simple, until you start touching on what it is you want to achieve.

ok, sounds good. my plan is to hit 200lbs by the end of the year, so i dont expect to be finished bulking anytime soon. Thanks for the advice.
