Question i want to have a David Beckham type of body, please help

Hi. First of all, i know i cant have the same body as Beckham. All i want is a body thin and lean like David Beckham or Brad Pitt in movie: Snatch. I dont want big muscles and bulky look. I want to have a thin, small muscled (toned), lean and somewhat ripped body. What kind of a workout program and nutrition plan should i follow? I think i need a HIIT program because football players do lots of that on pitch, what do you say? Thanks all

Serious? If you want to look like Beckham stop lifting weights and do a good deal of cardio.

all you need to do is eat right and cardio if your fat, then just pushups and crunches.

I read a lot of these "I want a body like" posts. Often it seems like its Bruce Lee or Brad Pitt in Fight Club. And I guess my reaction is that you really need to think about how you would like to mold your body. Otherwise it's just an exercise in frustration. Bodies aren't like a buffet and you can't choose which one you want, only what you can do with yours.

And ultimately isn't the question really, "how can I "look like" David Beckham?" Well, if you do cardio until you have about 7% bodyfat with little in the way of muscle definition will you then look like David Beckham? Or, ultimately will you just look like a sickly thin version of you?

Still, it's a legitimate question. How do you slim down that much? I wouldn't mind looking like that either. However, my torso and ribs are just too wide. So I have to build up my arms and shoulders just to look normal.
