Just wondering if its okay to mix, half a scoop of green mag and optimum 100% whey protein together???

Yeah that is fine to do. I mix 1 scoop Green Mag. 2 Scoops Vanilla Whey and 2 scoops Lemon Lime Gatorade Mix in my post work out shake.. Not the best tasting thing.. But I don't mind it. Plus I get my creatine, protien and post work out carbs all in one shot

dairy taste+citrus=im not sure:/....i cn imagine it would taste bad
just saying....y not take it in two drinks and prolong the pleasure of drinkng something good
....on whey is the bomb with milk and everybody says GM tastes good too

GM is good on its own and works well when taken pre. If you are mag. sensative you can take 1/2 pre and 1/2 post with your shake.

i'll tell ya guys don't knock it to much b4 u try it..haha Especially when u mix in the gatorade flavor. Two different drinks after my workout just bloated me up to much..Taken them all down in one is awesome..

try mixing with apple flavor protein like dymatize green apple i did that for awhile and the mixture taste like apple laffy taffy
