No idea and this isn't how I would spend my money or "feel" for it but:
1) Multi (Since without vitamin B12 and D I'm ****ed since I'm vegan )
2) Flax seed oil (Taste like ****, inefficient, but I should eat the crap to get some EPA and DHA.)
3) Protein (Taken loads of EAA and BCAA, EAA at multiple doses during the day may have helped but I feel it's much easier to just take a huge dose of protein.)

1. Twinlabs amino fuel - I get much better results taking amino acids, after all, if you don't have adaquate amino's you're not getting the most from all the protein you're taking.
2. Green coffee extract. I started taking this a few weeks ago and weight is falling off. It supposedly stops the body from storing carbs as fat. I have noticeable results.
3. Saw Palmetto- not only does it help an aging prostate, it has testosterone boosting effects.
