the roughest part about all of this is...the WISHLIST i'm compiling for when i actually do get back into buying supps. at least now this time around i can honestly say i know 50 times more than i did when i made my last huge purchase.

X factor - got some good gains on it although its pricey

PHD synergy - goes down well and it pretty cheap

maximuscle creatine - cheeap! n pretty good strength gains on it, probably better ones out there but i like it.

I don't believe that a large majority of the products out there produce the results they claim. I think its mostly purchased by uninformed people and sold by good marketing gimicks. Once you get to the professional level, the commonly named products from this post are non-existent.
