2) Xtend- best single supplement for recovery...PERIOD.

1- whey (muscle milk or cyto gainer)
2- Creatine (animal pump, creakic, bsn cellmass) no one in particular i just cant use mono
3- jungle warfare just started taking it and WOW

3 previously would have been twinlabs amino fuel 1000

btw 1 tub cyto 1 bottle warefare and 1 box of pump including shipping after discounts costs me 94 bucks! and thats one month when not taking warfare its even cheaper LOL

Havoc... I'll keep it in stock, but I only run 5-6 week cycles and then 8-10 weeks off. Cycle Support is only taken during Havoc cycles.

I am a big believer in the basics for me my top 3 supplements that I will always have in my arsenal:

1. Animal Pak (foundation)

2. Animal Flex (keeps me training consistently which is key for gains)

3. Torrent (everything you need post workout includes creatine)

As far as most effective supplements I have used - Animal Test and M-stak = solid gains every time.

Animal Test + M-stack sounds pretty solid too.

Shock Therapy + Storm + EAAs is a pretty awesome combo too.

1. Whey protein - Can't live without it. Favourite Brands - ON, Cytosport, EAS
2. Activate Xtreme - great strength gains, good size gains plus it improved my mood and quality of sleep.
3. Creapure - cheap and effective. Doesn't give me bad bloating either. Favourite Brands - Prolab and Ultimate nutrition.

i like the idea of Test + M-Stak too. i'm gonna run M-Stak by itself eventually, but i'm trying to slow down on supps for the time being. too much quality stuff coming out once you finally wade through the BS

Absolutely. I'm waiting awhile before taking any supplements that are not protein or antioxidants.
