Anabolic Diet
I've looked into the anabolic diet and am keen to give it a try.
My only problem is that i work full-time therefore it is hard to cook these meaty meals during the day, as my office kitchen consists of a microwave and a fridge.
Anyone else on the diet, that has some tips on working it around, a full-time job?
Also any tips on the diet?
Cheers

i never studied the "anabolic diet" but i eat A LOT of times throughout the day, and i lead a very busy lifestyle.
2 things have helped me during busy times:
1) shaker bottles
2) sandwiches
you do have a microwave and a fridge at your office, so it should be pretty easy to get your meals in. just prepare certain things like tuna, pasta, chicken, steak, etc. in bulk once or twice a week, and then just load up on the way to the office, and heat 'em up as you need them.

Yep
-I cook a bunch of 'one-pot slops' on sunday night, for the whole week.
I also freeze portions of pork rashers, lambchops, chicken breasts and other foods. This is so I dont get bored with the food by planning too strictly.Get those chinese food containers-
-Portion out cheese serves for the week
1-2kg of each of these will give you a good serve each day for the week (with leftovers)
1) beef casserole w mushrooms (chuck)
2) mince and cabbage (fatty+cheap)
3) creamy chicken dish (thighs)
I try to incorpoarte veg into all my slops, so that its easy to get enough.
Meals will defost by lunchtime if you take them out in the morning.
Quick calorie salads can be made with bean shoots and bean sprouts+ olive oil+vinegar.
I prefer to cook bacon and eggs fro brekky, but its evn easier to get a leg of ham and keep it sliced in a ham bag.
Makes your own sauces. Mayo, caesar+ creamy, oily dressings etc. Makes getting extra cals easy and saves a lot of money. Just blend good oil with egg lemon and vinegar and herbs.
You can also boil and pickle eggs in large quantities to have them ready on hand.
This gives me at least 3-4 pre-made meals each day,and then 1) cottage cheese or eggs from the jar for latenight, 2)tuna or canned fish for lunch, and 3) I throw a steak on the foreman for dinner.
Bam 6-7 easy meals per day.
My other favourite are the creamy frozen vegetable shakes.
Just throw into a blender, or make and freeze into lowcarb icecreams. you cant even taste the broc
100ml cream
1 egg
Ice cubes
water
Splenda/stevia to taste
1T cocoa
1/2c frozen broccoli
1scoop whey (optional)
when forced to, I can live off tuna+olive oil and cheddar. Those processed cheese snacks are handy too, and salami pwo is hell easy.
