    Best creatine for a cut?

Anyone here take creatine while cutting? If so, what creatine do you reccommend...obviously one that doesn't have alot of water retention.

    thanks

I use Creatine Monohydrate regardless of bulking or cutting. It has no bearing on fat loss.

exactly. it annoys me when people say creatine is bad for cutting as it bloats you...who cares? if you are losing weight and getting towards your goal BF it doesnt matter. If you need to be looking good for a comp/photo shoot/impress teh babez, stop taking creatine a week or so before hand.

You need all the help you can when lifting in a calorie defecit.

9/10 people who think they are bloated are retaining fat, not water. In the cases where they are retaining water, they are usually dosing too high.

Creatine retains water theres no creatine that doesnt... Unless you wanna use creatine serum which is 100% useless as creatine breaksdown in liquid quite rapidly.

Creatine Monohydrate is the best creatine hands down. Use it on a bulk and cut.
Legalize it and I will advertise it!

What's the big deal with SizeOn then? Should I go the mono route just because it's cheaper...or because it works better. Money is not an issue....I just want to make sure I'm not wasting my time with a supplement when there's better ones out there.
