    legs...Not really a double split day but whatever.

    Chest, Biceps.

    This routine gave me some fantastic gains.

    upper/lower and push/pull that focus ong etting my main lifts up have helped alot with size and strength

    i had my best gains on a upper/lower took my squat from 185- 280(not atg) in like 4 month

    A split very similar to this for myself as well... Big muscle groups are only worked once a week by me, but I work out very intensely. No soft bull**** workouts, I'm a warrior in the gym.
    If you strive to be something, you must work for it. Pain is your friend, it shows you that you are still alive. Refuse to be common.
