Does the job you have effect your gains?
I have really wondered this and I am very very curious.
I am currently a bank teller and I sit in pretty much the same spot for about 6-7 hours a day 6 days a week and believe me it is driving me NUTSSSSSSS! and I havent seen much gains (or at least the gains I have wanted to see) however I just gave me two week notice because I am becoming a landscaper fulltime 45hrs a week.
Whats your take on this? Think I will get rid of the unwanted fat that just doesnt seem to go away?..
P.S. I didnt know where else to post this.

i would say a real hand on heavy job you deffinetly help you with gains
ill be doing paving in the summer full time and that will deffinetly help boost gains, just like any other construction job. you see people that look really built but never work out because there just heaving lifting or working hard all the time.

As far as I know the only job that will hinder you gains is a job where you have to work nights.
****ed up sleep patterns. (I used to do night shift)

Perhaps if you eat enough calories, but i always thought that active jobs burn more calories therefore effect gains more than jobs where you don't have to do anything.

I work at my GYM(Golds) at the front desk, so yes it affects my gains positivley.

I also work at the local YMCA, but with the kids. It's a good job because I get a little exercise during the short shifts and right after I can go and lift. It doesn't pay much though so I'll have to look for a job elsewhere soon.

at my job? I barely do ****. You take calls, watch people check in, and ring them up for drinks, you also log a little bit of paper work, but most of the time you just act frindly with people.
