i feel like i dont even want to spend any time of my life hearing Kovacs speak. I dont know him , he might be a really good guy, but from the bodybuilding point of view it seems IMO that he doesnt have anything interesting to say.

Not going to listen until work tomorrow. But I am hoping he is going to try a comeback. That would be cool to see what he looks like now.

Probably wouldn't be pretty... I save PBW and Muscle mob for my workouts as well. I can't really pay attention to them during lifting but they are killer for mindless stuff like cardio.

Yeah, I doubt he could ever correct the mess he made of himself but he did sound like a pretty cool guy on the radio show. He had a couple good stories, hopefully he has some good stuff for Nassar next week. I loved when he talked about the Muscletech owner using clen for his MT product transformation. I feel bad for the kids that see those ads and dont realize they are just before and after pics from someones contest prep.
