Swiss miss diet hot cocoa

I am six weeks from a competitition but sometimes I have a bad chocolate craving, what do you think of drinking a cup of this? It has 25 calories, 4g carbs, 1 g fiber, 2g sugar, 2g protein and 150mg sodium, no fat.

Oh Im sorry, Im not trying to be pathetic, its just this is my first competition and every time I ask my trainer if I can have something she says no and so I thought I would get an opinion on here. Thank you

Thanks Dani, I think at this point I am just stressing about all the details! I dont know, its all new to me! Actually the other night I added a little SF Vanilla coffee creamer to it and it was delicious! You should try it!

yeah, I would stress too-- I think you'll do fine. I really don't know what goes into contest prep though, so really don't take my advice as the be-all-end-all for knowledge...lol.
