middle of biceps flat?

When im just relaxed or when i flex my biceps have like a peak at the bottom part then get flat for a little bit and then have another peak. Any suggestions as to why?

I think I know what your talking about.. The bigger you get the more round it gets man.

Arms are still fairly small, they look like ~16 inches or so, right?

Will look better with size.

Our arms are alot alike shape and vein wise. I dont know why the bi's are flat and ****, just Genetics I guess. But yours look great IMO

you have a bomb physique bro..and honestly your arms look fine..and by flat do you mean no peak? is so that most likley due to genetics..there are exercises to get the peak better..such as reverese curls and hammers..but idk man

16.5 but yeah i hope so...i just fairly recently started training biceps real hard cuz i used to hate the kids that just did biceps..i thought they were vaginas.

Remember do Full range of motion, to kill every fiber in that bicep..
