Pizza
So its my Dads 50th b'day party tonight, theres going to be 20 pizzas there, i was wondering if i just ate the topping off the meatlovers pizza it would be ok? minus the sauce

yeah i thought it would be ok, i just didnt want to seem the odd one out not eating anything! the rest of the stuff will be chip, bread & dips etc, i can stay away from that
might take some almonds with me & make sure i eat all my meals before i go

Just picking off the toppings sounds rude and inconsiderate.
Eat the pizza-it's free food. When you're older you'll come to understand the importance of free food. Just picking off the toppings sounds rude and inconsiderate.

It ain't a carb-up. Free food doesn't count in your macros once you're over 18 years of age.

haha yeah, im only 2 weeks into keto though so dont want to have any carbs as of yet
looks like ill be fine eating the toppings

this is exactly what happend to me last week. First week into keto and i didnt want to carb up, but we went on a road trip and options were limtes so i said **** it and ill not carb up the next weekend...........anyway, we were at this bar/pizza joint at 2am and I wanted to leave and get a grilled chicken sandwhich from somewhere to keep fats low. No one wanted to leave so i just ordered the damn pizza and said ide only eat the cheese....well, i didnt because i LOVE pizza and ate 4 slices :-(........I wish I just ate the cheese....................Eat the toppings. Hell with the crust.......goals are better than pizza where im from, but not by much ;-)

Umm...2 weeks is DEFINITELY enough time before you carb up! You're about due!

if i know there is a big party coming up with lots of awesome food i always plan my workouts for a generous carb up. its the easiest way to make people believe u are still normal.
