Great for meal replacement as intended, but I always prefer some natural complex carbs after work out. It's so much to stomach after an intense lifting session.
I find straight WPI's like isoSensation93 are much smoother, and the volume smaller, so you can down 30g of protein and then find a quick meal. Your body will let you know what you preferJye
