Due to the strength of the PB flavor, it definitely detracted to the goodness that is normally the Mass Meal/UP1 shake I occasionally make. I'm going to have to bust out my scale when trying to hone in on an acceptable amount for my taste buds. I never drink shakes either, so I'll probably forget the amount by the next time I make a shake

I just tried my pb flavoring last night w/ my night time cottage cheese/whey mixture and it was very good, and then this morning in my pwo shake w/ choc. body tech whey and it was good. Two thumbs up from me, and I'm glad that I bought a whole pound.

The flavoring mixed with yogurt, apples, and vanilla UP1.0 made my mother say "wow" All things considering, that is something.

Well, I got my PB flavoring in the mail today. Figured I'd post up a little review on my post-WO experience. Mixed 1 scoop of PB flavoring with 1 scoop of Chocolate VPX Zero Impact Protein, 1/2 cup of ground oats, 1/4 cup malto, and a tsp of glutamine in skim milk. First, let me say that VPX's protein tastes rather bad. Too bad I bought 4 lbs. Anyways, the PB flavoring did manage to mask most of the aftertaste and the smell of the protein. However, it made the shake taste more like burnt peanuts than peanut butter. I may have to decrease the amount of flavoring to get it just right. I'll keep you updated as I plan on trying this with my banana UP 2.0 tonight.

Yeah, sorry for the delay. I wanted to wait until I had tried out a few more combos.
Ok, so I added 1/2 scoop of PB flavoring to 1 scoop banana UP 2.0 in skim milk to start. This just gave it a slightly nutty taste. It was more of a hint of peanuts more than anything else. Another shake later, I went with a full scoop of PB. This did the trick. This has probably been my favorite combo so far. I also tried adding 1 scoop of PB flavor to 1 scoop of the VPX chocolate. It helps, but that stuff is so bad that there's really no way to cover up the taste. This morning I tried adding some to my oatmeal. Didn't really do anything except add the smell of the flavoring.
One bit of advice, I've found that the flavoring tends to clump together and seems pretty hydrophobic. I'd recommend adding it to your powder and then thoroughly breaking up the scoops. It helps give a better flavor overall.Back in action.
