Not in Deerfield
Im down in Miami and have a workout buddy, but he isnt nearly as dedicated and hard working in the gym as I am.

It would be nice to find a REAL w.o. buddy down here who could help push me, instead of one who trys to talk me out of going to the gym everyday.

I know there have got to be plenty of people from the S.FL area on here, certainly see enough of the type out on the beach. Where are yall at?
