    dinner is my pre-workout meal...i eat it an hour before so yeah...main reason is i have school so i dont have time earlier lol

    i like to work out before. take my small preworkout meal like an hour before so ill have those nutrients to supply me throught the workout. Then my shake and dinner after to begin the healing process. just my preference.

    its never too late to work out. its not gonna significantly hurt you to work out after or before dinner. like everything else, its how your body responds.

    I usually workout mid-afternoon -- several hours after I wake up so I'm feeling energetic and ready to hit the gym rather than dragging my ass in at 9:30pm or 10:30am.

    I always drink my cytogainer full serving (900 cals in milk) after my workout and that makes me bloated/full as **** so I usually can't eat dinner (on campus dining hall only serves dinner till 7 so I can't eat a late dinner). So I basically have to go after dinner or I miss a meal.
