Does this look like a good way to do that?

Meal1:
Three eggs
Three egg whites
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
Fruit

M2:
protein shake or bar

M3:
Turkey sandwich with lettuce, onion, cheese, tomato
canned tuna
Rice
Nuts
Fruit

M4:
Protein shake or bar

M5:
2 Chicken breasts
Carrots
Pasta
Nuts

(Workout)
M6:
Protein shake or bar right after

M7:
Whatever mom makes for dinner.

For a 155 lb'er - not bad man. I'd say after dinner have one last final meal (cottage cheese FTW! Mixed in with some peanut butter.) You may find you'll need to up your calories BUT i'd say for a base to monitor how your body responds to it, great job. You may not even have to adjust it.

(Workout) make sure your getting a 2:1 carb to protein ratio.. IE 30g of protein at least 60g of carbs
M6:
Protein shake or bar right after

M7: be more specific if you can
Whatever mom makes for dinner.
I would add a pre bed meal of protein + fat just to keep the body from being catabolic overnight and try holding off the body till breakfast

the rest is above, not bad!!

Yeah dude I know I should replace those with actual food, but I'm taking the sups because of time constraints. I'll only have a minute to take a shake or bar between classes.
