Cardio with a torn acl?
my 5 month bulk is coming to an end soon, and to be honest i was chunky before i started bulking. I want to cut just to see what i'v got so far, probably not much, but cutting is something i need to learn to do too. only problem is with a torn ACL, serious Cardio will be hard. doc said i can't have surgery yet, said my growth plates are not done growing =\ would a fast walk twice a day for 45 minutes work for my cardio? i have alot of fat to shed, i'm probably 15% or 16% body fat, i'v never got an official measurement tho.
